Clock-change bugs
The UK clocks move on the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October. Scheduled jobs, booking slots, billing cut-offs and daily reports that assume a 24-hour day tend to fail on those two dates, and the failure often shows up a week later in a finance report. Our timezone testing exercises those dates before release.

A typical first two weeks with a London team
Day 1: Kick-off call at 10:00 UK time, inside our overlap. We agree the release calendar, environments, access and which UK requirements apply.
Days 2–3: Risk review of the product. You receive a written test approach to sign off.
Days 4–8: We build the first automated regression and API suites in your repository and CI, and run exploratory sessions on the highest-risk journeys.
Day 9: First full run against your staging build. Defects go into your tracker with reproduction steps.
Day 10: Written report and a 30-minute review call covering what passed, what failed and what we recommend before release.

Overlap with UK working hours
India Standard Time is 4½ hours ahead of the UK during British Summer Time and 5½ hours ahead for the rest of the year. India’s working day therefore covers the UK morning and early afternoon. Stand-ups, defect triage and release-readiness calls fit inside that window, and anything we run before your day starts is waiting in your tracker when it does.

Yes. We generate synthetic records, or mask copies before they reach a test environment. If your data protection officer needs to approve any real data, we wait for that decision.
Will you sign our NDA and data-processing agreement?
Yes. We work under the NDA and data-processing terms your legal team supplies.
Can you produce test evidence for an FCA or NHS audit?
We produce traceable test cases, execution logs and defect records mapped to the requirements you give us. Whether that evidence satisfies a regulator is a judgement for your compliance team.
Do you test banking apps that redirect to another app to authenticate?
Yes, including the return journey into your app. We test it alongside negative cases such as a cancelled or timed-out authentication.
Can you work inside our UK-hosted environments?
Yes, over VPN or remote access as your security policy allows. Data stays in your environment.
